Ordering and Shipping

Please read the information below carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions we will gladly help with any query.

Please check the sizing and dimensions carefully before you make your order.

PLEASE BE AWARE - All deliveries will require a signature upon receipt. Orders are delivered tracked and signed for, meaning the parcel will not be left without a signature.

We aim to ship your order within 1-5 working days from the date of your order.

Orders within the UK are delivered by Royal Mail tracked and signed for service.

Orders from the EU and the rest of the world are delivered by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Payments

Payments are processed using a secure online payment gateway. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Payment is to be made in British pounds sterling. International credit card providers or banks determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration charge which you will be liable to pay.

We do not accept cancellations.

International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Returns

To return an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery.

We hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are unsatisfied with it or you just wish to return it please let us know immediately. We will gladly refund or replace unworn and unused items, returned in their original condition and packaging, within 14 days of delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch as soon as possible. Photos showing the damage are required to help us understand and resolve the issue.

Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item(s) to us, unless the item is faulty. We ask that you only send items via a tracked and signed for delivery as you remain responsible for the product until it gets to us. Once the item reaches us we will send a confirmation email to let you know we have received it. Once we have approved a refund it is usually processed within 10 days. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds will be given through the original method of payment.
